Abstract
The enterprise is at the heart of the economic activities of modern societies, where it has a special status as a consumer of goods and services within the commercial sphere but also as a producer. In addition, this special status allows it to interact with other state and private spheres. The societal exchanges of the firm can be represented in several ways that mark the difference with an individual exchange: a decision-making centre acting with others, in a responsible and enlightened way; a mesh network where each, in turn, produces and consumes the goods produced by others and a production centre to manufacture a good or offer a service.
