Abstract

The article delves into the structural, optical, and magnetic characteristics of iron-doped zinc oxide thin films, which are promising for spintronic applications. It discusses the preparation methods, microstructural analysis, optical properties through spectroscopic ellipsometry, and magnetic behavior at room temperature. The study reveals how Fe doping affects the material's properties, including the reduction of the band gap and the induction of ferromagnetism. The findings suggest that these thin films have potential for use in spintronic and optoelectronic devices.
