Abstract

The study delves into the phase transitions, Raman spectra, and microwave dielectric properties of perovskite-structured (Na1−xLix)0.5Nd0.5TiO3 ceramics. It examines the impact of Li substitution on crystal structure, dielectric constants, and quality factors, revealing a maximum dielectric constant at x = 0.4 and a shift towards a tetragonal perovskite structure at higher Li concentrations. The research also highlights the relationship between bond characteristics and dielectric properties, offering insights into the optimization of microwave dielectric materials for advanced communication technologies.
