Abstract

The study focuses on the composition and potential extraction of matrix and rare earth elements from ash and slag waste generated by a thermal power plant in Kuzbass. The research emphasizes the significance of these wastes as a resource for valuable elements such as aluminosilicate microspheres and rare earth elements. By analyzing the temporal variations in the content of main components and the distribution of trace elements, the study identifies optimal methods for waste utilization. The findings suggest that the extraction of rare earth elements and the production of building materials from these wastes can significantly enhance both environmental sustainability and industrial profitability.
