Abstract

The study examines the distribution of inclusions across the thickness of enameled steel slabs, which are widely used in various industries due to their superior properties. The research reveals that the type, size, and quantity of inclusions vary significantly across different thicknesses, with primary inclusions such as TiN and MnS being particularly influential. The study employs advanced analytical techniques, including automatic inclusion scanning microscopy and thermodynamic modeling, to assess the precipitation behavior of inclusions. The findings provide valuable insights into improving the quality and production efficiency of enameled steel slabs, making it a crucial read for professionals in the field.
