Abstract

This chapter delves into the soil temperature dynamics within greenhouses, particularly in the high-latitude cold regions of Northeast China. It focuses on the stratified soil temperature control and heat storage system, which combines horizontal buried pipe heat exchangers, plant systems, artificial irrigation, and stratified soil systems. The study reveals that the system effectively addresses heating challenges, maintaining optimal soil temperatures for plant growth. Key findings include the uniform temperature distribution in the root zone, the significant impact of infiltration on high-temperature heat storage zones, and the slight temperature increase in low-temperature heat storage areas. The research provides a theoretical basis for improving greenhouse agriculture in Northeast China, offering insights into the complex interplay of soil temperature, plant root absorption, and artificial irrigation.
