Abstract

The article discusses the synthesis and performance evaluation of a novel temperature and salt-resistant foam drainage agent, XY-1. The harsh conditions of high temperature, high salinity, and high condensate oil content in gas wells are addressed through the use of foam drainage technology. The synthesis process of XY-1 involves a two-step etherification and one-step quaternization, with optimized conditions for reaction temperature, feed ratio, and reaction time. The agent's performance is evaluated through various tests, including foaming and foam stability, surface tension, and liquid-carrying capacity. The results demonstrate XY-1's superior performance under challenging field conditions, making it a promising solution for enhancing gas well production.
