Abstract

The article delves into the synthesis and characterization of Cu3SbS3 using various sulfur sources, focusing on the impact of these sources on the material's crystallinity, bandgap energy, and electrochemical performance. It compares the properties of Cu3SbS3 prepared from different sulfur sources, including Na2S, TAM, l-cystine, TAA, and TU. The study also investigates the photoelectrochemical and solar cell properties of Cu3SbS3 films, revealing promising results for applications in solar energy conversion. The research underscores the importance of optimizing the synthesis process to achieve favorable properties for practical applications, such as solar cells and photocatalysts.
