Zusammenfassung

In Kap. 5 sollen die in den vorhergehenden Kapiteln dargestellten Tools systematisch bewertet und verglichen werden. Bislang wurden sie in diesem Buch in unternehmensbezogene, marktbezogene und umweltbezogene Tools eingeteilt. Zwar liefert die Anwendung aller Tools auf eine Situation die größtmögliche Anzahl an Ideen für Opportunities, ein systematischer Vergleich nach verschiedenen Kriterien hilft jedoch dem Entscheidungsträger im Unternehmen, das für ihn am besten passende Tool zu erkennen und gezielt anzuwenden.
