Abstract

This part provides the overview of talent management in CEE context. An example of CEE firms is even more fruitful while learning about the most important challenges and dramatic problems associated with HRM and talent management in this context. Moreover, based on an analysis in the CEE context, we answer the question of how similar or different talent management is in companies from CEE.
