Abstract

The article delves into the challenges and advancements in insulation coating technologies for soft magnetic composites (SMCs), specifically focusing on the balance between low core loss, high permeability, and large DC bias performance. It introduces a novel double organic insulating layer using Polydopamine and Polyethyleneimine, which demonstrates promising results in maintaining thermal stability and reducing core loss while enhancing permeability. The study investigates the effects of annealing temperature and insulating layer thickness on the magnetic properties of FeSiAl cores, providing a comprehensive analysis of the material's performance under various conditions. The article concludes with the identification of the optimal insulating layer composition and annealing temperature for achieving the best overall performance, making it a valuable resource for professionals in the field of materials science and electrical engineering.
