The Convergence of Cloud and Digital Financial Architecture in Enterprise Systems

This paper focuses on how Cloud Computing and digitalization of financial architecture converge in enterprise systems, particularly in terms of scale, efficiency and innovation. This paper introduces a novel architectural framework – the Bhatia Digital Finance Reference Architecture (DFRA) – designed to accelerate cloud ERP transformation in highly regulated industries using SAP S/4HANA Cloud. This addresses how Cloud-based ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA Cloud are playing a significant part in allowing real-time data processing, compliance as well as integration with upcoming technologies such as Blockchain, AI and Predictive Analytics. It points to the advantages of embedded finance and API driven ecosystem of modularity and operational flexibility. Using the combination of AI and Machine Learning and Blockchain integration, transaction security and cost efficiency will be improved, as well as fraud detection and decision making. Still, security, compliance, and multi Cloud management, present challenges in future. The Cloud can be made fit for FinTech purposes by optimizing Cloud-FinTech integration, managing security exposures and improving regulation to support sustainable financial changes under a fast digitalizing environment.
