Chapter 1. Introduction to the Green Supply Chain Management
Abstract
In today’s businesses, environmental issues are becoming more and more critical. For managing the environment, there are strict laws and regulations of the government. Demand is also increasing from the buyer’s side for the greener products. Since the last decades, industries of many developed countries like the USA, Europe, and Japan, have shifted into environmental-friendly industries or producing greener products, and they have turned now on the strategy of future sustainability. There are no doubts that still greener products have a narrow market as compare to nongreener products. However, in the long term, there is an expanding and constructive sign which is present for the future growth in this potential market of eco-friendly products.

Chapter 2. Empirical Studies on Green Supply Chain Management
Abstract
The principal objective of this chapter is to discuss the previously published literature and construct hypotheses. To fulfill the objective of this chapter, I explore several areas of the previous literature in terms of defining the conceptual gap that this research fills. I then build hypotheses and models to establish the context of this study model. The concept of GSCM (green supply chain management) or environmental friendly supply chain is evolving. In the last couple of decades, some countries have adopted green supply chain practices in their business activities, and this trend is continuously growing.

Chapter 3. Theoretical Framework and Methodology of GSCM
Abstract
The research will investigate and explore the motivating drives and barriers/hurdles of green supply chain management from the perspective of Pakistani manufacturing firms. In this research, the researcher will cover the exploratory and explanatory part. As far as green supply chain management is concerned, the researcher wants to explain and explore the motivating drivers/factors and barriers which firms face in the implementation of green supply chain management practices in manufacturing firms of Pakistan. For data collection, the researcher has adopted a survey method and in-depth interviews with senior managers and professionals of supply chain management. This study will cover all the key aspects to explore the mechanism, barriers, and drivers of green supply chain execution and the effect of green supply chain management practices on manufacturing firms’ performance in the context of Pakistan.

Chapter 4. Statistical Analyses of Green Supply Chain Management
Abstract
This chapter contains a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the study. The model of research has been presented in the previous chapter, and the measurement variables have been given in this chapter, and data analysis of survey responses to validate and verify the model was conducted. Therefore, the primary purpose of this chapter is to offer a detailed analysis of the data collected from the questionnaire (Likert scale) surveys. The results from data refinement, analysis of multivariate, and testing of hypotheses have been presented.

Chapter 5. Discussion on Green Supply Chain Management
Abstract
The research model and the measurement variables have been given in previous chapters. Therefore, the fundamental idea of this chapter is to provide an in-depth discussion based on the results and analysis chapter. Besides, this chapter will also integrate the findings of this research paper with previous literature. Further, the chapter will show the importance of results and their effect on green supply chain management from the perspective of Pakistan, which will significantly help readers to understand the green supply chain management phenomena and their effect on the firms’ performance.
