Abstract

The chapter investigates the effects of COVID-19-induced work policies on employee performance and loyalty at Jepun Kuta Bali Hotel. It highlights the hotel's innovative strategies, such as salary reductions and shift systems, which have maintained employment and boosted employee engagement. Through interviews with hotel managers and staff, the study reveals how these policies have positively influenced job performance and loyalty, despite the challenges posed by the pandemic. The findings offer valuable insights into the successful implementation of work-life policies in the hospitality sector, making it a compelling read for those interested in understanding the nuanced impact of such policies on employee dynamics.
