Abstract

The study investigates the impact of endophytic bacteria (Bacillus mojavensis and Pantoea agglomerans) on the growth, development, and phytoremediation capabilities of rapeseed plants in soil contaminated with cadmium, lead, and chromium. The research also examines the influence of humic acid and biochar on these processes, hypothesizing that their combined application with endophytic bacteria will significantly enhance phytoextraction efficiency. The article delves into the mechanisms by which endophytic bacteria improve plant health and metal uptake, while humic acid and biochar enhance soil fertility and nutrient availability. The findings offer promising strategies for cost-effective and environmentally friendly remediation of heavy metal-polluted soils.
