Abstract

The history of e-government in Macedonia goes back to 2000, with the law for electronic data and that for the electronic signature. From then and until now the Republic of Macedonia has developed significantly in terms of e-government.
Almost all governmental institutions in Macedonia have build applications which will ease the process of dealing with citizens.
In this paper we will analyze the implementation of the “DocMan” application in the Secretariat for European Affairs, which consists of a system for the management with documents.
