Abstract

The chapter delves into the intricate relationship between user behavior and the development of distribution and logistics networks within the IT industry. By leveraging web analytics data, the study aims to enhance the understanding and optimization of online customer behavior. The research focuses on key metrics such as global rank, country rank, category rank, total visits, average visit duration, pages per visit, and bounce rate. These metrics are analyzed using statistical methods and visualized through Fuzzy Cognitive Maps. The chapter also employs Agent-Based modeling to simulate the real-world impact of these metrics on logistics networks. Through this comprehensive approach, the study offers valuable insights into how user behavior can be harnessed to improve corporate website adaptability and optimize search engine rankings.
