Abstract

In order to distinguish the holographic master masks from different micro-structures, the X-Rite MA68 II multi-angle spectrophotometer was selected to measure the colorimetric values and spectral power distributions of the same point with different angles on the holographic master masks. They started angles of different holographic master masks were adjusted by the colorimetric values L*, and then the micro-structures can be detected by the shape and location of the peak value of the measured spectral power distribution with the theory of grating equation.
