The Partnership Approach to Development Management

This book does not cover property development but, because construction, often through refurbishment, affects a tenant as well as the owner, the following question is relevant. How can an owner or owner’s representative become more expert at procuring and managing the construction process and how can this add value to the tenant? Part of the answer lies in an owner’s ability to work in partnership with the construction industry, to reduce costs and build facilities which better meet their needs.
