Abstract

The study investigates the impact of boron-nitrogen substitution on the electronic, optoelectronic, and nonlinear optical properties of cyclo[2N]carbon series. Using density functional theory, the research examines the geometric structures, vibrational properties, and electronic properties of these compounds. The findings suggest that boron-nitrogen functionalization can significantly alter the materials' properties, making them potentially useful in electronics, optoelectronics, and nonlinear optics. The article presents detailed computational methods and results, offering insights into the development of new materials with diverse practical applications.
