Abstract

The article delves into the intricacies of transferring zero-order coherence matrices along spin-1/2 chains, a crucial aspect of quantum communication. It begins by discussing the methods of quantum state transfer, highlighting the challenges and advantages of using quantum mechanics over classical approaches. The focus then shifts to perfect state transfer (PST) and high-probability state transfer (HPST), with a particular emphasis on the conditions required for PST and the stability of HPST under Hamiltonian perturbations. The study introduces the concept of transferring non-interacting multi-quantum coherence matrices and explores the perfect transfer of zero-order coherence matrices. The paper also presents general statements regarding optimal state transfer and discusses the structural restoring of higher-order coherence matrices. One of the key contributions is the formulation of a protocol for the perfect transfer of zero-order coherence matrices, which includes the use of unitary transformations and the study of deviations from the asymptotic state.
