Abstract

The article presents a comprehensive approach to optimizing UAV flight path planning in complex battlefield environments using the firefly algorithm. It introduces the AA-FPP algorithm, which incorporates adaptive parameter adjustments and a disturbance factor to improve global and local search capabilities. The algorithm is designed to address the challenges of long planning time consumption and unstable flight paths, transforming the problem into a combinatorial optimization issue. The paper discusses the environmental model, objective function, and the innovative aspects of the AA-FPP algorithm, including chaotic strategy adjustments and Boltzmann selection strategy for perturbation. Simulation results demonstrate the superior performance of the AA-FPP algorithm in terms of threat avoidance, planning time efficiency, and path stability compared to traditional methods. The article concludes by highlighting the importance of parameter selection and future research directions in coordinated path planning for multiple UAVs.
