Abstract

The article explores the experiences of high school students using ePortfolios as the primary assessment tool in a physics course. It delves into the impact of ePortfolios on academic self-efficacy, examining how students perceive their success and capabilities. Additionally, the study investigates self-regulatory behaviors, such as planning, motivation, and reflection, which are crucial for successful learning. The research reveals that students found ePortfolios to be less stressful and more effective in demonstrating their understanding compared to traditional assessment methods. The findings suggest that ePortfolios can enhance both self-efficacy and self-regulation, making this study valuable for educators and researchers interested in personalized learning and assessment methods.
