Abstract

This chapter delves into the significance of organizational culture in the context of digital transformation, with a focus on sustainable growth. It reviews the relevant literature and identifies four key cultural types based on the Competing Values Framework (CVF)—Clan, Market, Adhocracy, and Hierarchy—that can influence digital transformation. The study highlights the importance of a flexible, responsive, and entrepreneurial culture for innovation and continual improvement. Additionally, it emphasizes the role of leadership in driving digital transformation and the necessity for a skilled, informed, and motivated workforce. The findings suggest that a balanced organizational culture can support digital transformation and sustainable growth, making this chapter a valuable resource for leaders seeking to navigate the complexities of digital transformation.
