Matelso hat in einer aktuellen Erhebung den Ist-Zustand der Lead-Management-Prozesse im deutschen Mittelstand untersucht. Ein Ergebnis: Über alle Branchen hinweg bleibt telefonischer Kontakt der am häufigsten genutzte Kanal zur Lead-Generierung in mittelständischen Unternehmen - weit vor den digitalen Kanälen. Bei der Auswahl der angebotenen Kontaktkanäle auf der Website setzen die Firmen auf eine Kombination aus Telefon (100 Prozent), E-Mail (92 Prozent) und Kontaktformular (71 Prozent). Der Anteil der Unternehmen, die neuere Kanäle wie Chat (7 Prozent) und Video-Call (1 Prozent) anbieten, ist jedoch sehr gering.
