Kaplan (balanced Scorecard 1996) mit diesem Zitat beschreibt, betrifft nicht nur Unternehmen, sondern wird zukünftig auch für Kommunen von besonderem Interesse sein. Durch den digitalen Transformationsprozess unserer heutigen Gesellschaft fallen Daten in größeren Mengen an als je zuvor.
