Zusammenfassung

In diesem Abschnitt erfolgt die Verifikation der in diesem Buch vorgestellten Methodik. Dafür wird die Ermittlung der Lebenszyklusrendite anhand eines Beispielprojekts beschrieben. Das Projekt umfasst den Vergleich von zwei Bebauungsvarianten bestehend aus Sanierung und Neubau für ein bestehendes Hochschulgebäude. Die auf Basis dieses Beispielprojekts ermittelten Teilergebnisse werden in diesem Abschnitt ausführlich dargestellt und beschrieben.
