Zusammenfassung

Vertrauen spielt eine wesentliche Rolle für die Entwicklung und den Erfolg der Digitalwirtschaft. Gegenseitiges Vertrauen zwischen Partnern stärkt deren Beziehung. Vertrauen in die Digitalisierung ist wichtig für die Einführung und Annahme digitaler Dienste durch deren Nutzer:innen. Dieses Kapitel wird eine Einführung in das Thema Vertrauen geben. Nach einer kurzen semantischen und theoretischen Einführung wird die Digitalisierung im Gesundheitssystem und Datennutzung in der Gesundheitswirtschaft diskutiert mit Beispielen der Kommunikation, Elektronischen Patientenakten und künstlicher Intelligenz. Diese Bereiche zeigen anschaulich den Wert von Vertrauen. Das Wissen, welches in diesem Kapitel vermittelt wird, ist übertragbar auf andere digitale Wirtschafts- und Gesellschaftssysteme außerhalb der Gesundheitswirtschaft.
