What is success? This is a tough question—tougher than it would seem. It’s also the first question among a list of questions we have to answer. When I get introduced, invariably people ask, “What do you do at Notre Dame?” Lately I enjoy answering, “I help people find the questions to their answers.” I say this with sincerity and only a hint of a smile.
