Abstract

Windböen mit hohen Geschwindigkeiten können direkte Schäden an Gebäuden verursachen. Je nach Richtung der Windanströmung können Gebäudeteile durch Winddruck oder Windsog belastet oder einer Wechselbeanspruchung ausgesetzt werden. Weiterhin können Stürme Schäden an Gebäuden durch abgerissene Äste, umstürzende Bäume oder umherwirbelnde Trümmerteile verursachen.
