Abstract

The study investigates the relationship between savoring ability and well-being in older adults over a four-year period. It differentiates between within- and between-person effects, examining how individual changes in savoring ability correlate with changes in life satisfaction and depressive symptoms. The research also explores how savoring ability influences well-being trajectories over time, providing valuable insights into the role of savoring in maintaining and enhancing well-being in older adults.
