Abstract
At present, the international governance of cyberspace is a major realistic issue confronted by all countries and various actors. To meet the challenges from new technologies and new business and the need to build peaceful, open, secure and cooperative cyberspace, the international community is increasingly concerned with international cyberspace. In the past year, the complexity of that respect has gradually emerged, as shown in the following aspects: the formulation of norms for global cyberspace governance is relatively lagging behind, the differences in global cyberspace governance models still exist, and trust among actors needs to be strengthened.
