Zusammenfassung

Studierende sind Pioniere der Verkehrswende. Das Potenzial integrierter Mobilität ist trotz der überwiegenden Multimodalität dieses Kundensegments unerforscht. Eine Möglichkeit, integrierte Mobilität digital anzubieten und dabei das Mobilitätsverhalten zu mehr Nachhaltigkeit zu bewegen ist Mobility-as-a-Service. Dabei gilt vor allem die Zahlungsbereitschaft die wichtigste Determinante der Diffusion dieser digitalen Mobilitätslösung. Dieser Beitrag untersucht die Zahlungsbereitschaft für Mobility-as-a-Service von Studierenden sowie die nutzenmaximierende Gestaltung von Mobility-as-a-Service. Dafür wurde eine Conjoint-Analyse mit 1165 Studierenden durchgeführt.
