Abstract

Wasser ist die unverzichtbare Grundlage allen Lebens und insbesondere der menschlichen Zivilisation. Trinkwasser spielt dabei eine besondere Rolle, da es als Lebensmittel durch nichts ersetzt werden kann. Bei gemäßigten klimatischen Verhältnissen muss ein Erwachsener zwei bis drei Liter Wasser teils als Trinkwasser teils in der Nahrung zu sich nehmen.
