Energy-aware and efficient cluster head selection and routing in wireless sensor networks using improved artificial bee Colony algorithm

Abstract

Der Artikel diskutiert die bedeutenden technologischen Fortschritte bei drahtlosen Sensornetzwerken (WSNs) und beleuchtet ihre Anwendungen in der Umweltüberwachung, im Gesundheitswesen und in intelligenten Städten. Die primäre Herausforderung bei WSNs ist die begrenzte Energie von Sensorknoten, die typischerweise mit nicht wiederaufladbaren Batterien ausgestattet sind. Die Studie stellt einen verbesserten Algorithmus für künstliche Bienenvölker (ABC) vor, der durch Q-Learning verbessert wurde, um die Clusterkopfauswahl und Routing-Pfade in WSNs zu optimieren. Dieser Ansatz zielt darauf ab, Energie zu sparen und die Datensicherheit zu verbessern, indem die besten energieeffizienten Routen ausgewählt und ein Vertrauensmodell für eine sichere Datenübertragung integriert werden. Der vorgeschlagene IQ-ABC-Algorithmus wird mit anderen Routing-Protokollen verglichen und zeigt eine überlegene Leistung in Bezug auf Energieeffizienz, Lebensdauer des Netzwerks und Datenübertragung. Die Studie enthält auch eine umfassende Überprüfung bestehender Methoden und ihrer Grenzen, die einen klaren Weg für zukünftige Forschungen im Bereich der WSN-Optimierung aufzeigt.
