Abstract

Der Artikel geht auf die seismische Standortcharakterisierung von Kovancilar in der Türkei ein und betont die erhebliche seismische Gefahr in der Region aufgrund ihrer Nähe zur ostanatolischen Verwerfungszone. Die Studie umfasst probabilistische seismische Gefahrenanalysen, Bodenverhaltensanalysen mit der SHAKE2000-Software und die Bestimmung von Designspektren. Die Ergebnisse zeigen die Bedeutung lokaler Bodenbedingungen für die Verstärkung seismischer Wellen und die Notwendigkeit standortspezifischer Designspektren für erdbebensichere Strukturen. Der Artikel enthält auch Karten, die die räumliche Verteilung der maximalen Bodenbeschleunigung, Bodenverstärkung und spektralen Beschleunigungen zeigen und wertvolle Erkenntnisse für die Stadtplanung und Risikobewertung liefern.
