Fallstudie zur Roboterunterstützung des Menschen bei manueller Montage

Zusammenfassung

Anhand eines Montagearbeitsplatzes der Automobilindustrie wird die Integration eines unterstützenden Roboters betrachtet. Für die praxisnahe Evaluation der Roboterunterstützung wurde im Labor ein Mock-up des Arbeitsplatzes realisiert. Die damit durchgeführte Studie (n = 21) fokussierte sich auf die Steigerung der Effizienz des Arbeitsprozesses durch die technische Unterstützung und die Verringerung der Beanspruchung für den Werker durch Übernahme eines Teils der Materialhandhabung durch den Roboter. Die Effizienzsteigerung und Beanspruchungsreduktion ließen sich statistisch signifikant belegen. Vor dem Hintergrund der Akzeptanz einer solchen Roboterunterstützung wurde auch die Gebrauchstauglichkeit betrachtet und positiv bewertet.
Praktische Relevanz. Einerseits finden wissenschaftliche Studien zur Mensch-Roboter-Kollaboration häufig in vereinfachten oder künstlichen Setups bspw. der Handhabung von Bauklötzen oder in VR-Umgebungen statt, andererseits werden vor allem in Großunternehmen Versuchsstände realisiert, die öffentlichkeitswirksam präsentiert werden können, aber häufig eine gewissen Praxisferne aufweisen. Der Aufbau und die Nutzung eines Mock-ups, der sich möglichst nah am realen Montagearbeitsplatz orientiert und ausschließlich kommerziell verfügbare Standardkomponenten nutzt, zur Durchführung wissenschaftlicher Studien anhand tatsächlicher und in der Industrie häufig vorzufindender Arbeitsprozesse stellt hier die hohe praktische Relevanz und die Übertragbarkeit der Ergebnisse sicher.
