Zusammenfassung

Für den Aufbau einer Zellproduktion ist das Zelldesign oberstes Kriterium. Dieses bestimmt die Auslegung der Produktionsschritte und des Maschinenparks. Der Fertigungsprozeß für Li-Ionen-zellen wird mit Elektrodenhrstellung, diversen Methoden der Zellkörperassemblage, Pouch- und Metallgehäuse-Technologie, Elektrolybefüllung und Formierung dargestellt. Vor- und Nachteile von prismatischem und zylindrischem Zelldesign, des Zellkörperaufbaus mit Bicells oder beidseitig beschichteten Elektroden, sowie die Abwägung zwischen Pouch- oder starrem Metallgehäuse werden diskutiert.
