Multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) problems are often imprecise and changeable. Therefore, an important step in many applications of MCDM is to perform analysis on the criteria by input data and finally get compromised or satisfied solutions. Trying to seek solutions to challenging problems facing the development of MCDM, we present a methodology called Extension Multi-criteria decision making (eMCDM) to get win-win solutions based on Extenics and Data Mining. While Data Mining technology helps to find reasons why those criteria and goals were been selected, Extenics helps to find win-win solutions by implication analysis and transform the criteria or goals. A new direction for refining MCDM is firstly presented. The application shows its value and Viable Vision.
