This paper focuses mainly on with respective to hybrid learning in the workplace. Hybrid learning in the workplace means the adults to blend different learning ways for solving their work-related problems or adapting to new working environments. The ways involve relating work activities, mixing learning activities, blending learning technologies, and integrating learning environments. These four key components in the workplace are discussed. The factors affecting hybrid learning are also respectively analyzed from learning and context aspects.
