Abstract

It can provide a scientific basis for relevant governments and enterprises to mange the agricultural product supply chain risk factors, as well as design ideas for effectively promoting the development of the agricultural product cold chain supply chain, by identifying, structurally analysing, and preventing and controlling the risk factors of the agricultural product cold chain supply chain. Furthermore, it fosters the growth of our country's agricultural sector by ensuring the effective operation of the agricultural product supply chain, reducing avoidable losses, and ensuring the efficient operation of the agricultural product supply chain. Interpretive structural modelling (ISM) theory and particular modelling procedures have given a theoretical framework for additional in-depth study.This paper determines the index system of agricultural product supply chain risk influencing factors from six main aspects through literature research and systematic analysis of the source of agricultural product supply chain risk: supply risk factors, demand risk factors, information risk factors, environmental risk factors, cooperation risk factors, and logistics risk factors.In addition, this paper puts forward the strategy of prevention and control of risk factors in the cold chain supply chain of agricultural products, which provides a scientific decision-making basis for controlling the risk of agricultural product supply chain.
