1. Introduction

From the 17th century to 19th century, German mathematicians G. Leibniz and K. Weierstrass, and Swedish mathematician H. V. Koch have studied the recursive resemblance, as well as Weierstrass function that is continuous everywhere but differentiable nowhere, and Koch curve, and so on, which are the enlightenment of fractal behaviors. The basic theory of the monographes entitled “Fractal: From, Chance and Dimension”, “The Fractal Geometry Of Nature” and so on were formed until 1970s, and fractal further became a current hot topic with high concern for many international researchers. At present, with the constant exploration and in-depth discussion of researchers, there are great achievements in many aspects of the development of fractal theory and their applications and so on [1–319].
