Abstract

The achievement of competitive advantage in high-tech enterprise depended on the development and management of technological know-how and market pioneering know-how heavily. Based on the perspectives of knowledge management and strategic human resource management, a model on how to manage the two kinds of key know-how effectively was set up to develop and utilize competitive advantage in high-tech enterprise.
