Zusammenfassung

Die erfolgreiche Einführung und Umsetzung technologischer Projekte der Oberflächennahen Geothermie als wichtiger Baustein zur Energiewende bedürfen einer sorgfältig geplanten, effektiven und kontinuierlichen Kommunikationsstrategie. Akzeptanz für innovative Technologien ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil für den langfristigen Erfolg und die nachhaltige Umsetzung neuer Technologien in der Energiewende. Kommunikation ist ein wesentlicher Zugang zur Herausbildung von Wissen, Vorstellungen und Einstellungen. Der Beitrag beschreibt Herausforderungen an die Kommunikation (größerer) Oberflächennaher Geothermieprojekte sowie Vorgehensweisen, wie Betreiber von Projekten Stakeholder proaktiv adressieren, informieren und einbeziehen können. Basierend auf empirischen Befunden werden Kommunikationsregeln und -grundsätze benannt. Der Beitrag betont die Relevanz projekt-, standort- und stakeholderbezogener Strategien und empfiehlt das Einbeziehen internetbasierter Formate (z. B. Social Media, Foren).
