Zusammenfassung

Organisationale Resilienz lässt sich durch die theoretische Betrachtung von Komplexität erforschen, die wiederum die Erstellung eines Frameworks zur Unternehmensresilienz ermöglicht. Das Verständnis für das Funktionieren der Komplexitätstheorie ermöglicht es dem Management, nachhaltige Geschäftskontinuität aufzubauen, indem es Entscheidungsfindungsfähigkeiten und Prozesse verbessert, die auf unerwartete Veränderungen reagieren, die sowohl intern als auch in der breiten Umgebung auftreten. Die Bereitstellung eines komplexen Produkts auf dem globalen Markt muss die vielen beteiligten Elemente berücksichtigen, die nicht nur in sich selbst komplex sind, sondern auch in der Art, wie sie miteinander interagieren. Die Komplexitätstheorie kann zur Lösung komplexer Entscheidungsprobleme auf der Grundlage unsicherer Informationen, Strategie, Projektperformance und Supply-Chain-Management angewendet werden, die alle eine effektive Informationsverarbeitung und Managementinteraktion erfordern, zusammen mit der Integration von Informationen wie Ideen, Rollen, Fähigkeiten und Wissen.
