Leader self-deprecating humor and employee creativity at workplace: a longitudinal study

Abstract

Der Artikel untersucht in einer Längsschnittstudie den Einfluss von selbstironischem Humor auf die Kreativität und Identifikation von Mitarbeitern. Er diskutiert die Bedeutung des Führerhumors in modernen Organisationen und seine historischen Wurzeln, die bis zu den Philosophen der Antike zurückreichen. Die Studie konzentriert sich auf die spezifische Art von Führungshumor, selbstironischem Humor, bei dem Führungskräfte Witze über ihre eigenen Versäumnisse und Rückschläge machen. Die Forschung zielt darauf ab, eine Lücke in der Literatur zu füllen, indem die Auswirkungen dieses besonderen Humorstils auf die Kreativität und Identifikation der Mitarbeiter untersucht werden. Die Studie untersucht verschiedene Beziehungen, einschließlich der positiven Auswirkungen des selbstironischen Humors von Führungspersönlichkeiten auf die Identifikation von Führungspersönlichkeiten und die Kreativität der Mitarbeiter sowie der vermittelnden Rolle der Führungspersönlichkeit und der mäßigenden Effekte von Teamharmonie und Organisationsstolz. Die Ergebnisse tragen zum Verständnis bei, wie Führerhumor effektiv eingesetzt werden kann, um Teamdynamik und Leistung zu verbessern.
