Zusammenfassung

Lernfähigkeit setzt voraus, gewisse Defizite bei sich nicht zu akzeptieren, sondern bereit zu sein, sich unbequemen Lernerfahrungen auszusetzen. Wichtig ist zu verstehen, dass das meiste lernbar ist, dass Fehler eine große Hilfe sein können und dass es grundsätzlich auf den eigenen Mindset ankommt. Achtsamkeitsübungen helfen dabei, das eigene Gehirn fürs Lernen zu öffnen und den Fokus darauf zu legen, eine Kultur des Lernens im eigenen Team oder im Unternehmen zu schaffen.
