Prioritätsregeln zur Ressourcenplanung in MPM-Netzplänen

There are a lot of heuristical methods for resource planning in CPM-networks but no one for resource planning in MPM-networks. The reason is tnat the structure of MPM-networks is much more complicated than that of CPM-networks because of cycle structures and maximal distances. In this paper a heuristical method to solve resource planning problems in MPM-networks will be given and some new problems which come up with the planning in cycle structures will be described. With this method a lot of tests were made. The results show that the combination of the convential heuristics and the heuristics for special structure of MPM-networks works well.
