Summary
A new type of biocatalytic membrane electrode utilizing banana pulp tissue slices for sensing catecholamine neurotransmitters is described. This amperometric-based probe for the measurement of dopamine exhibits high biocatalytic activity, good time stability, and favorable selectivity.
