Abstract
The most popular method for recording data in job analysis and strain analysis is the questionnaire. Mostly, self-report questionnaires for work load and strain are to be answered parallel by employees at a common time. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to discuss potential effects of results according to self-report bias and to common method bias. Possibilities how to control for the common method bias are shown.
